Connect IoT empowers real estate projects with AI-driven devices and services that optimize resource management, streamline maintenance, and enhance security.
We created a comprehensive brand, platform, and mobile app that harnesses the power of modern technology and reliability, ensuring it stands out with the commanding presence needed to lead the market. The solution provides an integrated system for managing water, energy, HVAC systems, access control, and property security.

Ultimately, we crafted an integrated solution that combines smart devices, a desktop platform, and a mobile app—creating revolutionary technology, designed to optimize and enhance property management.

We built a brand with clear, approachable language, focused on communicating product benefits and educating users on resource consumption. This is supported by visual assets that humanize the brand, fostering a sense of connection with users. We brought this to life across Connect’s digital platforms, including social media and the website.
Developing this project from the ground up—starting with the brand identity and extending through the design of the digital products—enabled us to take a truly holistic approach. We ensured that every element, from strategy to execution, aligned seamlessly across all touchpoints.
